This page is a collection of my absolute favorite resources that help me succeed with my whole food, plant-based lifestyle. These are people, products, and companies that I truly believe in and wholeheartedly support. I wanted to keep them all in a central location so you can easily find them whenever you need something!

The Best Whole Food, Plant-Based Diet Educational Resources

Zero to Plant-Based: This is my ebook that shows you how to start a whole food, plant-based diet the easy way. It walks you through everything you need to know step-by-step so you never feel overwhelmed.

The China Study by T. Colin Campbell: If you truly want to change your life for the better, then I highly recommend you read The China Study. It will challenge everything you think you know about the relationship between food and health. Seriously, do whatever you can to get your hands on this book because the information contained in it will change your life!

Hallelujah Diet’s 60 Days to Reclaim Your Health Challenge: This free video course is where I first learned about a plant-based diet. By changing the way we eat, Josh and I have been able to reverse some pretty serious health problems. Josh was able to achieve and maintain remission for his ulcerative colitis, and I was able to overcome the irritable bowel syndrome that I had been dealing with since 2010. Food changes everything, friend!

The Best High-Powered Blender

Vitamix: This powerful blender is an integral part of our plant-based lifestyle. I use it almost daily and would gladly purchase another one if anything ever happened to mine. This blender can do all sorts of things like make nut butters and hot soups, but I’m just thrilled that it makes my smoothies ultra-smooth. I’ve used several blenders over the years and none of them even come close to performing as well as my Vitamix.

Note: If you’re going to buy a Vitamix, go ahead and buy a big one. My mom bought a smaller one thinking it would be big enough for her and my dad, but she ended up buying a bigger one a few months later. This is one of those instances where it’s better to spend a little more to get the ideal size. The 64 oz. one I linked to is the perfect size, in my opinion.

So these are the people, products, and companies that I refer back to over and over as I work to improve my long-term health. They offer real value to me, which is why I highly recommend each and every one of them. I have no doubt in my mind that they would be valuable for you too!

If you decide to give any of these recommendations a try, be sure to let me know what you think!
