I’m Summer, and I started my plant-based journey in 2016. Only back then I didn’t even know what this way of eating was called; I just knew it included a lot of plants. Without any real guidance, I struggled to make sense of all the plant-based information out there, and it took me a lot longer to figure it all out than it probably should have.
But after putting the puzzle pieces together from various books, articles, and videos, I finally figured out how to make the whole food, plant-based lifestyle work for me and my family. I started preparing plant-based meals that we actually enjoyed. And do you know what happened?
