This recipe makes about 4 cups of cinnamon apples, which serves 6.
½ inch apple cubes cook more quickly than larger apple chunks, but feel free to use whatever size you prefer. If you use thicker apple cubes or even apple wedges, you’ll need to cook them longer.
Any apple variety will work for this recipe, but I tend to use either Gala, Cameo, Granny Smith, or a combination of these.
