All I can say is WOW!! How amazing is this recipe? I’m so happy that I came across this recipe and I can’t thank you enough. I worked for whole foods for many years they have a sweet summer kale salad. I always wanted the recipe and, here it is.I will add that I did put 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar in the dressing which popped the salad a tad . I made a huge batch and shared it with family and neighbors. It’s amazing so refreshing and very very good for you. Thank you for sharing the recipe it’s delicious!!!!
